The QNI is the principal national charity which is aiming to improve nursing care for patients in the home and community. They are looking for an exceptional person to lead the organisation through the next steps of its highly successful strategy.

The candidate will be highly knowledgeable about community nursing, healthcare policy and public health with robust networks, excellent communication skills and experience of management and budgeting. They will have the skills, energy and resilience to lead the QNI team, manage the charity and the building, engage with partners and effectively influence policy and practice to improve care for patients.

Salary package £65-70K plus 10% pension contribution.
